In 1997, after graduating from the ENSCI-les ateliers design college, I followed my lecturer’s advice and founded my own global design studio telling myself that “it’s easy to start up a company as you can simply close it if it doesn’t work out”. I’m very proud to say that was 23 years ago. And today, I’d like to announce the start of a new chapter for the studio, which to date has been known simply as Sylvie Amar Studio. You all know how I love to listen, how devoted I am and how I help you to nurture your brands – that’s why the studio has always evolved hand in hand with my clients’ and suppliers’ needs.
Over the past 4 years, we have been focusing on brand strategy activities and have implemented a number of projects in France and abroad: for the Zorbas bakery in Cyprus, distiller Combier, pastry chef Yann Brys, the potato seed producer Desmazières and grower Bayard, the French Federation of Cheese mongers, Cailler chocolates as well as finding solutions for restaurants or managing makeovers…. To keep pace with your growing needs, we have broadened our skill base employing national and international marketing consultants, brand strategists, graphic artists, designers, scenographers, baristas, interior designers, architects, decorators… I’ve taken on the role of coordinator, structuring our response to provide you with the appropriate experts to tailor a solution that meets your needs. With the infrastructure now in place, the time has come to change our name to Sylvie Amar & Partners, to reflect what we really do!
I’m very proud to share the launch of this new chapter in the studio’s history with you and would like to thank my teams for their support. We will align our tools asap as we often say, but in reality, they simply need updating as we’ve already been operating as Sylvie Amar & Partners for a long time! We look forward to a long and healthy future and won’t forget that today’s pollinated ideas, will be tomorrow’s business nectar!
