Logo, menus and communication tools – it’s what we first set our eyes on that must whet our appetites, which is why we’ve devised an identity to entice people to come in and try the delicious, lavish, gourmet burgers on offer at 33 rue Jussieu in Paris’ 5th district. The restaurant has just opened. It has a small menu, excellent produce (meat from Olivier Metzger, authentic AOC or IGP cheeses, dishes prepared by a real chef…), home-made desserts plus some bought in from an artisan baker. Everything has been carefully thought out right down to the drinks menu, with a barista offering, Milliat fruit juices and Parisian beer… nothing has been left to chance at Burgart – it’s good, beautiful and tasty!
Today, small and very small companies in France are not sufficiently prepared to incorporate design considerations either into their culture or management styles. Entrepreneurs, investors, owners, project managers – just take a look at the companies that capitalize on design, whether it be global, commercial or graphic design, and it applies to all sectors. Most of the time, these companies are one step ahead of the competition! The management of Burgart has understood this and is making the most of The Sylvie Amar & Partners Agency’s expertise to carve out a very promising future.
