The small company, Louis Tellier founded back in 1887, today comprises 3 subsidiaries. In collaboration with the Group’s R&D department and Frédéric Jaunault, a MOF in market garden produce, Sylvie Amar & Partners designed a set of tools for carving or sculpting fruit and vegetables. Detailed specifications are required to produce such precision tools. The tools had to be ambidextrous, light, easy to use and very precise. Blades were chosen specifically for their flexibility, shape, angles or sharpness. Rounded handles were equipped with guards to enable you to hold the implement as close to the blade as possible and small grooves added to prevent them from slipping even when your hands are wet. Check out the LouisTellier website to see our four wonderfully shaped sculpting tools – oval, lozenge, water droplet and triangle.
