Fine food in the spotlight
We have been invited to talk to a hundred guest chefs at the second World Chef Summit on a quite unusual topic – how to generate additional revenue through the sale of fine grocery products produced by ‘big chefs’. Sylvie Amar will speak on the subject, giving tips and recommendations, to provide chefs with a brief outline of our approach. To illustrate and support our presentation, we will also present the results of a survey conducted among several national brands that we have created. Our presentation will take place on Monday 27th November 2017 at 3pm in Room 2 or the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. The conference programme is very dense and will provide an opportunity to meet some great people.
