Changes in the rabbit meat sector!

Thanks to the new Prince de Vendée (ACLV) brand platform, rabbit meat from the Vendée region is taking pride of place on our tables once again.  Rabbit meat meets French consumer requirements. It is:  locally sourced for local consumption; carries a French meat label;  respects the animals and is a healthy, authentic, low-calorie food.  Rabbits are fed a 100% vegetal and GMO-free diet,  rich in vitamins and minerals.  Our mission  was to use these qualities as guidance as we recreated this historical brand to produce a more closely defined and targeted image.

 

ACLV’s communications have not only been updated to embody the concept of sharing and  accessible creativity but they have also been given a touch of colour to stand out on supermarket shelves.  Turquoise and yellow were chosen to promote the new baseline ‘chaque jour inspirant’ (inspiring every day). Recipes have been developed to show that rabbit meat can be very contemporary and easy to serve either over drinks as rabbit nuggets or as main courses in Cesar salads, a paella or Asian-style stir fry.  It’s also great  in take-aways such as a gourmet pulled rabbit sandwich (a variant of pulled pork).  This new look by Sylvie Amar & Partners is already on shelves in Vendée and will be rolled-out across France over time.  Enjoy!
